#1 Water Flow Solution

Experiencing a problem with water flow?
View this video to learn more. In some installations, improper placement of your pump can cause the tubing to bend, or “kink”, preventing proper water flow for the desired effect of the unit.
Simply insuring that the pump is set in its reservoir area properly, and checking to be sure the tubing is “kink free”, is enough to solve this issue.
However, it is possible that your tubing is slightly too long, causing the kinking.
We strive to include the exact length of tubing required to operate your fountain with no adjustment required.
However, as this is a hand made product, there may be some slight trimming necessary to ensure your water flow achieves the intended result.
A simple trim to the length of tubing of even an inch can do wonders for proper water flow.
Remember to measure twice and cut once! Use scissors or a sharp exacto-knife for best results.
