How-To: Install Splash Line

This fountain comes with our innovative splash reduction system. If splash is a concern, simply drape the splash line over each spill point to dramatically reduce splash.
How to - Install Splash Guards - Step 1
Here you can see the spill is creating a large amount of splash.
How to - Install Spash Guards - Step 2
Simply place one end of the ‘splash line’ in the top bowl and hang the other end off the bowl.
How to - Install Spash Guards - Step 3
The water will now run down the line and greatly reduce amount splash.

How-To: Use and Maintain a Cord Seal

This cord seal secures the pump cord in place. It can easily be removed if required.

Cord Seal Fig1
If you find a small leak, use silicone for a perfect seal.
Cord Seal Fig2
Loosen all screws.
Cord Seal Fig3
Remove from hole.
Cord Seal Fig4
Remove plate for access.
Cord Seal Fig5-8
To re install, place all 4 screws in loosely. Secure into hole, then tighten all 4 screws. Use silicone if perfect seal is desired.

Levelling a Slate Fountain

Paint Repairs

This bowl was left out for the winter, full of water. This is an extreme example, but we were able to easily fix it and get the fountain back in operation!

You will need the following

  1. Mid-grade sandpaper
  2. Spray paint
  3. Clear Sealer Spray (optional)

Many paint and craft stores sell a variety of colors that may provide a close match to your unit. Any brand will suffice, and if painting the entire inside of the bowl is pictured below, the exactness of the color match is not critical. The object is to get it back in…
